as i was getting onto the 580 this morning, some idiot realized he didn't want to. so instead of entering the freeway, and just exiting at the next exit (which is less than 1/4 of a mile, mind you), he backed up into oncoming traffic! wtf?!?!
people come zooming up this ramp at like 50mph some times!
